POSITION : VM COORDIANTOR

TEMPORARY 12 MONTHS / LONDON

YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT

As a VM Coordinator, and part of the CELINE VM Team, you will report to VM Manager, North Europe.

YOUR IMPACT

  • You will work with the VM EMEA team, reporting directly to the VM zone North Europe
  • For London stores, you will coordinate the daily VM set up and refresh all of the retail and wholesale stores as per the priorities defined by your manager.
  • You will participate in the VM implementation within a store, and you will train the sales team on maintenance guidelines during the morning brief.
  • You will complete rotations in between launches to ensure all stores are constantly updated.
  • You will be an expert on VM guidelines shared by central VM and you will organise floor walks with the store teams after each launch to explain the process.
  • You will complete VM tools inventories of each store, extra needs requests and / or rebalancing
  • You are a support for the stockist for the preparation of the new product to be implemented in-store for each launch (preparation of the one of each) and after the set up to put back to stock the unshown products.
  • You will be responsible for back office reporting (PPT or Yoobic), supporting the Paris team.
  • You will participate in events, pop-ups and store openings.
  • You will have awareness of the luxury market and competitors.

Profile

KEYS FOR SUCCESS

  • You have relevant field experience and have already done Visual Merchandising for a luxury brand.
  • Understands and follows VM guidelines and sales reports.
  • Extremely detail oriented, with an organised manner of working.
  • Disciplined with time and deadlines.
  • A team player who works very well with others and is a clear and articulate communicator.
  • Flexibility to scheduling changes and occasional out of hours work (including weekends) where required.

    • Languages : Fluent in English with proficiency of other language(s) will be an advantage
