You'll lead on product development and quality, from the first sketch of an idea through to launch day and beyond. Whether it's innovating new flavours or making sure every product meets top-notch quality standards, you'll be right in the thick of it.What you'll be doing : Driving product development projects from concept to launchEnhancing existing products and ensuring they meet high performance standardsManaging supplier relationships and contracts, plus leading on testing and complianceHandling packaging and labelling compliance for multiple marketsRunning quality control processes and responding to any product concernsUsing data, insight, and a little bit of gut instinct to guide improvementsLooking at packaging innovation, especially in terms of sustainability and efficiencyWhat we're looking for : Previous experience in a product or quality-focused role, ideally in food, drink, or supplementsStrong understanding of labelling laws and allergen regulationsConfident project manager who can juggle multiple tasks with easeExcellent communicator who can work with teams across the globeAnalytical mindset, with a creative streak when it comes to solving problemsA natural curiosity for product trends and what's happening in the marketExperience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial or e-commerce environment would be a bonusWhat's on offer : A supportive and passionate team that values innovation and collaborationPlenty of autonomy and room to grow within a fast-scaling businessAll the product perks you'd expect, and then someA genuine opportunity to help shape the direction of a brand on the rise INDCP
