We are seeking an Operations Analyst to add to our growing team!
As an Operations Analyst you will join our core team to support our banking operations, with a wide exposure to other functional teams. You will learn the inner workings of a credit union.

My Community Bank is a London based credit union. We are a digital FCA and Bank of England regulated credit union, and a provider of market leading deposits and loans including to underserved communities.
Role Responsibilities :
- Executing manual and partially automated transaction activities with meticulous attention to detail and data quality.
- Maintain customer reports records.
- Assist in managing day-to-day financial operations
- Provide administrative support for the customer service team and handle ad hoc tasks as required.
- Dealing with customer queries
- Other administrative and operational tasks and one-off projects supporting the Operations team
- Transaction monitoring in line with our internal AML check
- Owning operational processes; constantly looking to innovate and improve
- Act as a point of contact for questions relating to operational processes
- Maintaining information across multiple systems
- Review new member application in line with credit union requirement
- Monitoring relevant email inboxes
Qualifications Required :
Educated to degree level (or a school leaver with strong A Levels)Interest in financial servicesGood written and verbal communication skillsGood basic numerate skills (arithmetic)Microsoft suite proficient including Excel and Word.Our offer to you :
