Pertemps is thrilled to be recruiting on behalf of a dynamic and forward-thinking business for an enthusiastic Retail Floor Planner ! This is your chance to play a key role in shaping the look and feel of retail spaces while advancing your career in a creative and collaborative environment.

About the Role :   As a Retail Floor Planner, you’ll bring retail visions to life! Using AutoCAD and your innovative mindset, you’ll design and deliver standout floorplans for both new and existing stores. Working closely with a passionate team of planners, buyers, and analysts, you’ll create merchandising layouts that maximize space and elevate the customer experience.

Your day-to-day will involve :

  • Designing store layouts for trading seasons (Spring / Summer and Autumn / Winter).
  • Maintaining and updating store plans to reflect the latest trends and business priorities.
  • Collaborating with teams to deliver high-quality, impactful results.

Location : Derriford

Role : Temporary to permanent after 12 weeks

What We’re Looking For : We’re on the hunt for someone who brings both skill and enthusiasm to the table.

Essential Knowledge & Skills :

  • Experience in a retail or commercial setting.
  • Methodical and detail-oriented, with a flair for creativity.
  • Strong PC skills, including :

    • AutoCAD (preferred).

  • Windows O / S and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Photoshop or similar graphics tools (a bonus!).
