Position : Group Soft Services Manager

Salary : Up to £46,000 per annum

Predominantly Monday to Friday but service checks and employee engagement will be required across all shift patterns. We are looking for an experienced Group Soft Services Manager to join our team to cover 3 sites within the contract in Oldham, Glossop, and Manchester where experience in directly managing Catering, Security, and Cleaning services is essential. Integrated facilities management services with a purpose.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage the provision of services across the contract and have overall responsibility for the delivery of services provided.
  • Manage client and contractual relationships in a commercial manner ensuring compliance and adherence to company policies.
  • Develop and lead a team within the group contract ensuring exceptional service to our clients and manage the employee life cycle.
  • Maintain full knowledge of all areas of work in accordance with contractual Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
  • Ensure 100% statutory compliance is maintained at all times.
  • Manage safely all daily activities and adhere to the authority to work process.
  • Adhere to all company and client dictated local procedures, policies, and instructions.

Who you are :

A minimum of 2 years multi-site management experience within a Facilities Management business required. Experience of Soft Facilities Management including Catering, Cleaning, and Security is essential. Experience in water provision is ideal. SIA Licence holder desirable or able to qualify. IOSH desirable. Experience in a blue-collar environment desirable. Demonstrable financial acumen applicable for the role requirements in managing a P&L. Valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
