Job description

Caritas is collaborating with National and Local Children and Domestic Abuse Charities to support them in filling leadership roles. We have an exciting opening for a Service Manager in Newcastle / Gateshead. If you have experience leading teams that support vulnerable children, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities :

Management of people, including 1-1 supervision
Service delivery
Leading the recruitment, training, and personal development of service staff
Monitoring and managing expenditure against agreed budgets
Safeguarding vulnerable children
Conducting risk assessments

Requirements :

Enhanced DBS check

Must have a valid driver's license

Ideally, a qualification in leadership or management, or a relevant professional qualification in the field of health, social care, or youth work
