Novalis Trust, is a charity that supports children and adults with Neurodevelopmental Difficulties and other learning needs. The Senior Care Practitioner role is part of a diverse team implementing current best practice models in children’s residential care.
Responsibilities for this role :
- Establishing key support relationships with children and young people
- Offering care, support and guidance to help the children reach their full potential.
- The Senior Care Practitioner also has responsibility for setting good practice standards and guiding and mentoring less experienced staff.
