Blaymires Recruitment is partnering with a well-established external envelope contractor based near Portsmouth to recruit a Project Manager to join their expanding team.

This contractor specialises in delivering a wide range of cladding and recladding projects across the UK, with project values ranging from £1M to £20M . With a strong order book secured into 2025, this is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager or Contracts Manager with experience in cladding, roofing, or faades.

The Role : Project Manager

You will take full ownership of construction projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring each project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You will act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, internal departments, and site teams, driving programme, cost, and quality performance while managing risk and promoting operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from planning to handover
