Digital Marketing Executive Glasgow £23,000-£25,000 Are you a curious and results-driven junior marketing professional looking for a new challenge?Search, one of the UK's leading multi-discipline recruitment agencies, is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our collaborative and dynamic marketing team in our Glasgow office.This is an opportunity to join an ambitious recruitment agency, where your ideas and expertise will make a real impact on our growth. You'll have the chance to learn and develop in the fast-paced world of recruitment marketing and take ownership of Search's PPC campaigns and various advertising platforms. Responsibilities :

  • Plan, develop and execute Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns across, social, Google and Job Board aggregators.
  • Monitor PPC performance metrics and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Take ownership of the day-to-day management of various advertising platforms, including implementing sector-specific campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on performance against agreed-upon KPIs, and continually optimise usage to boost ROI.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, regularly communicating to address any issues, provide feedback, and align objectives.
  • Manage Search's Google My Business (GMB) accounts for each office location, optimising each listing, responding to reviews and posting office-specific updates to increase local visibility.
  • Coordinate ad hoc marketing requests from various teams, assessing urgency, prioritising tasks, managing expectations and collaborating with the wider marketing team to fulfil requests efficiently.
  • Stay ahead of the curve on all things related to digital, PPC and job boar, from trends to reviewing competitors offering.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Prior experience or internships in marketing or digital advertising is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of PPC and social media marketing concepts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and eager to take on new challenges.
