Residential Conveyancer – Bristol

Location : Bristol

Salary : Up to £55,000

Employment Type : Permanent – Full-time

TSR Legal is thrilled to be working with a boutique law firm renowned for its bespoke, client-focused service across Bristol and Somerset. The firm is looking to expand its property team by recruiting an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.

The Role

As a Residential Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive, you will :

Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters with minimal supervision.

Engage in direct client contact and uphold the firm’s reputation for providing a high-quality service.

Assist the Partners with internal supervision and the growth of the Property Department across the Bristol and Somerset offices.

Work flexibly between office locations to suit the business and your preferences.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will :

Have a minimum of 4 years PQE in Residential Property.

Be confident and professional in handling a variety of residential property matters.

Be capable of working independently while contributing to the growth and development of the team.

Demonstrate strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to client service.
