Salary - £34,000 plus overtimeWe have an exciting opportunity for an HGV Class 2 Driver to join a global engineering company. Youll play a key role in delivering vital equipment on time, while representing the company in a professional and friendly way.This role is based at our Alton depot and comes with great benefits, including job stability, pension, stay-away bonuses, paid expenses, and overtime at time-and-a-half, offering a high and achievable earning potential (OTE).Working hours : 10 hours per day between 4 am and 7 pm (typical hours are 6 am to 4 pm). Flexibility is essential.Overtime : Paid at time-and-a-half.Main Responsibilities : Deliver and collect company products safely and efficiently.Communicate with the Transport Manager and always keep customer satisfaction in mind.Stay in contact with both the office and customers to ensure on-time deliveries.Follow all driving laws, including Tacho and DSA driving regulations.Maintain a professional image and represent the company positively.Keep your vehicle in good condition and ensure it meets all safety and compliance standards.Key Performance Indicators : Following Tacho regulationsOn-time deliveriesCustomer satisfactionVehicle maintenanceSkills and Qualities Needed : Work well with others and respond to feedback from managers.Follow safety and driving rules at all times.Clear communication (both written and verbal).Stay calm under pressure and handle unexpected challenges.Be adaptable, willing to help with tasks beyond driving, and maintain a can-do approach.Progression : This role offers job security, opportunities for overtime, and great earning potential, along with stay-away bonuses and other benefits.Dont miss out on this amazing opportunity contact RSD Recruitment today!
