Yard Supervisor

Yard SupervisorPinpoint Resourcing are working with a local gardening business in the Bromley area who are actively looking for a Yard Supervisor to join their growing Team. This company are a friendly and professional group who are keen to have a new addition!Duties :

• Leading and coordinating staff at the yard
• Ensuring all movements are handled safely and efficiently
• Enforcing high standards of Health & Safety, ensuring safety equipment is worn and regulations are followed
• Keeping the yard and warehouse tidy, organised, and operating at peak efficiency
• Supporting customer service by ensuring orders are fulfilled quickly and correctly
• Opening and closing the yard securely and maintaining site safetyDesirable :
• At least 2 years in a similar role
• Ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-moving environment
• Understanding of manual handling and site regulations
• Hands-on experience with systems
• Clear, professional, and able to engage with customers
• Eligible to work in the UKAdditional information :
• Hours 6 : 30am - 4 : 30pm
