The Professional Services team’s mission is to accelerate the time to value for our Pendo users. We are a team of creative individuals that have a passion for delivering value for our customers, while sharing best practices along the way. Role Responsibilities

• Manage overall project lifecycle, including project schedule deliverables, timelines, and aligned outcomes.
• Build relationships and champions with the customer, manage key stakeholders, and develop risk management and mitigation strategies.
• Oversee value-based delivery methodology
• Identify upselling and expansion opportunities
• Lead and coordinate a cross-functional internal team (sales, engineering, product, customer success, and support) to ensure seamless execution of client-facing projects and deliverables.
• Guide customers in developing comprehensive Pendo programs, from strategic planning through scaled implementations.
• Coach the customer on what works best to drive adoption and maximize ROI.
