Job Description :

My client in Greater London is looking to appoint a talented HR Business Partner (Housing) on a Contract basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the delivery and development of an excellent Human Resources provision to all directorates within the Council, with a particular focus on strategic HR Business Partner support for the Housing Division.

Salary : £24+ per hour, inside IR35

About the role :

Based in Greater London (Hybrid) :

Ensure the maintenance of current Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Lead the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures

Communicate the rollout of policies and guidelines effectively

Strategic support to directorates as requested by the Head of HR, including preparing DMT reports and attending DMTs

About you :

You will have the following experiences :

Extensive experience in a similar role.

A full understanding of the current educational and political climate

Demonstrable record of achievement in employee relations, specifically complex casework and TUPE

Local Authority experience is essential
