We are Active Care Group, the leading provider of complex care. Within the Care in the Home division, we support adults with spinal cord injury to live in their own homes.

We'd like you to join us as a Support Worker  at our brand new clients care package, at their home based in Cardiff.

When you'll be working :

  • 2 or 3 Nights shifts per week
  • 8pm until 8am
  • Part Time (24, 36 hours a week)
  • With additional hours if willing to work days (8am until 8pm)

What you'll be doing :

This role is to support our young male client with a spinal cord injury in their own home. This will involve supporting with personal care, medication, moving and handling and domestic duties.

This will also involve driving the client to enable them to access the community, therefore a driver is essential.

No previous experience required  as full training, shadow shifts and ongoing support will be provided.
