Ofsted Registered Manager – Solo Placement Children's HomeLocation : TamworthSalary : To £50,000, based on experienceJob Type : Full-time, PermanentStart Date : May 2025We are working with a respected provider of therapeutic children's residential care to recruit an Ofsted Registered Manager for a brand-new solo placement home in Tamworth. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced leader to shape and develop a specialist home, ensuring high standards of care for children with complex needs.The RoleAs the Registered Manager, you will :

• Oversee the daily operations of the home, ensuring full compliance with Ofsted regulations and Children’s Homes Regulations 2015.
• Develop and implement therapeutic care models such as PACE & ARC.
• Provide strong leadership and support to staff, ensuring the highest standard of care.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing, and trauma-informed environment for young people.
• Work closely with external professionals, families, and multi-agency teams.
• Ensure policies, procedures, and care plans are followed to achieve positive outcomes.RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must have :
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards it).
• At least 2 years’ experience managing an Ofsted-registered children’s home.
• Strong therapeutic knowledge and experience working with children with complex needs.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Full right to work in the UK (we cannot offer sponsorship).
