Senior Electrical Contracts Manager

TXM Recruit is working in partnership with an award-winning Building Services Company. They are looking for a Senior Electrical Contracts Manager to join their team to deliver turnkey end-to-end site solutions across various projects in the Midlands and Home Counties.Monday to FridaySalary : £55.000 - £65.000 Per annum + package (including company vehicle / vehicle allowance).This is a permanent position, suitable for someone looking for long-term employment.The type of works will vary from construction, refurbishments, and maintenance contracts across a range of commercial and domestic projects.We are looking for candidates who has experience working on commercial sites, and experience managing M&E trade teams.Requirements :

• Electrical time served management experience
• 18th Edition
• CSCS Black card or equivalent
• IOSH – Managing safely (desirable)
• Experienced managing M&E projects
