My client is a Global leading Aerospace and Defence organisation. Recruiting for a Senior Hardware Engineer with the responsibility to work execute complex hardware design tasks in accordance with the hardware development plan.

Responsibilities :

Conducting hardware requirements capture, preliminary design, detailed design including a range of analysis tasksCoaching & developing the skills of junior team membersDelivering design artefacts in accordance with company and industry standardsWorking with other disciplines within an integrated teamYou'll also have people manager responsibilities in this role

Required experience :

Degree / HND in electronics engineering or an equivalent qualificationProven knowledge and experience of digital & / or analogue electronics technologiesExperience of working through the engineering development lifecycle, from concept to product certificationAbility to demonstrate a good appreciation of cost and schedule constraints on designs, to meet programme needs
