Location : Various roles available nationally with in-person learner observations 3 days per week
Salary : Up to £32,000, depending on experience
About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Assessor to join our team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for conducting regular workplace observations and assessments to evaluate learners’ knowledge, skills, and practical performance against apprenticeship standards and industry regulations. Your expertise will help learners meet the requirements of their qualification and progress in their careers.
As a Workplace Assessor you will provide coaching and feedback through professional discussions and mock end-point assessments, supporting learners to achieve their qualifications and build the confidence to succeed in their chosen fields.
