From food waste to carbon emissions, your work will support responsible sourcing and help drive continuous improvement.If you are detail-oriented, data-savvy, and passionate about sustainability, this is a great opportunity to make an impact in the Fresh Produce sector.Compliance and Sustainability Assistant Key Requirements

• A degree in Food Science, Environmental Science, Technical / Compliance, or Sustainability is advantageous, particularly for candidates seeking their first role in the industry
• Experience in the Fresh Produce or Fresh Food sectors is highly beneficial
• Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across the business and with growers and suppliers, a positive and proactive attitude is essential
• Highly organised, methodical, and numerate, with a collaborative and approachable mindset
• Demonstrated strength in data management, use of online platforms, and presenting data in a clear, professional manner
