Job summary
NHS DigiTrials supports clinical trials that are developing new treatments to improve health and care. We provide safe, authorised access to patient data to help trials reach and benefit as many people as possible by building data services across the lifecycle of the clinical trial DigiTrials is made up of 4 services that support clinical Feasibility Service - Works out if there are enough suitable people in England to take part in a particular trial but does not identify individualso Recruitment Service - Uses patient information to identify people who might be suitable for a certain trial - and contacts them to see if they would like to take Communication Service - Keeps trial volunteers, who have consented to receive this information, updated about the progress and results of their Outcomes Service - Uses patient information for a period of time (agreed with the trial organisation) to show the long-term impact of treatments.
This role is Leeds / Southport / London based, with a hybrid working pattern. Due to the upcoming Christmas holidays, interviews may be held in January.
Main duties of the job

Duties specific to this role are :
Delivery of high quality, research data products and services to meet customer requirements.
Manage day to day operational interface with third party suppliers that deliver services for customers on behalf of NHS DigiTrials.
The Senior Data Operations Manager must have : o Experience of running day to day activities for multiple data-related service, embedding a high-performance Ability to provide subject matter expertise on the development and running of operational data Ability to provide leadership and management to operational Experience of delivering data access services while comply with highly complex internal / external governance Ability to build relations with internal and external partners which are critical in delivering objectives of the business and it Experience of managing third party supplier to deliver services in-line with the contracted service level standards.
