In this role you will be required to work within our clients homes once discharged from hospital to assist with daily activities from personal care, administering medication to lending a sympathetic ear at times, this Care and Support Worker role can be very rewarding for the right person.    As you will be required to travel to clients homes you will be paid £11.44 per hour once you have completed your first call of the day at 30p a mile.    We are looking for experienced Care and Support Workers, but we are open to considering candidates who are looking to start their career in care.
