Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Part-Time in-house Recruitment Advisor to join our team. This position is 100% office based (no remote or hybrid working).The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that we attract and hire top talent to meet our organisational needs.This role requires strong relationship management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers alike.The Recruiter will utilise various tools and platforms to enhance our recruitment efforts.Weekly Shift : 20 to 25-Hours (working a 5-day week Monday to Friday).Annual Basic Salary Range : £20,000 to £22,000 (Part-time, depending on experience).Pro-Rata Basic Salary : Up to £35,000 (depending on experience).Location : Outskirts of Southampton (own transport is essential).Duties

• Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential candidates for open positions.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates.
• Utilise computerised systems to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
