Operations Trainer

Job Description

We are looking to recruit a Trainer for our Operations team, this is a pivotal role, you will be expected to deliver high class induction programmes to our new joiners in our in-house call centre.

• To deliver engaging and effective training programmes - on site as well as virtual
• Delivery of Operational training both for new starters and existing staff around our products, processes as well as refresher training as required
