• Take full responsibility for setting up and running the property management desk.
• Coordinate and manage property maintenance, ensuring a proactive and efficient service.
• Manage tenancies from start to finish, including check-ins, check-outs, and renewals.
• Conduct property inspections and provide professional feedback to landlords.
• Handle deposit disputes and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
• Work closely with the branch team to help drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors, and colleagues.What We’re Looking For :
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in property management.
• A self-starter with the drive and confidence to build a desk from scratch.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
• Full UK driving licence (essential).
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with great attention to detail.
