Job Overview :
LORD OF CHELSEA is seeking a skilled Property Maintenance Engineer to oversee the upkeep and repair of luxury properties. This role requires hands-on experience in troubleshooting, performing repairs, and ensuring the properties are always in top condition. If you have technical expertise and a background in maintaining high-end properties, this opportunity is ideal for you.
Key Duties and Responsibilities :
- Perform routine maintenance and address repair needs on time.
- Troubleshoot issues related to plumbing, electrical systems, and general property repairs.
- Manage and implement preventative maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers for larger projects.
