About the Role :

Teaching Personnel is seeking a proactive and adaptable  Cover Supervisor  to work across secondary schools in the  SE3 postcode area (Greenwich) . As a Cover Supervisor, you will manage classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring students remain engaged in their learning.

Key Responsibilities :

Supervise classes during short-term teacher absences.

Deliver pre-set work and manage classroom behaviour.

Support students with their learning and maintain a positive environment.

Follow school policies and procedures.

Assist with administrative tasks if required.

Ideal Candidate :

Confident in managing classroom behaviour.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Flexible and adaptable to different school environments.

Previous experience in education (teaching, tutoring, TA work) is desirable but not essential.

A degree or relevant qualification is beneficial.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
