SEO Account Manager - Remote with 1 Day in Soho House’s Holborn-based CoWorking Office

Role Overview

Reporting to : CEO / Founder

Work arrangement : 4 days remote, 1 day in Soho House's CoWorking Space, Soho Works

Hours : 9am-6pm (but flexible to suit your lifestyle)

Location : London

Salary : £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, with an annual salary review & bonuses

The Opportunity

We're seeking a talented SEO professional to join our high-performing team. This role offers the perfect blend of client relationship management and hands-on SEO campaign execution. You'll have the chance to shape strategies, drive results and grow your career in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and nurture 3-6 key client accounts
Develop and implement creative SEO strategies that deliver measurable results
Lead client relationships as the primary point of contact
Mentor and line manage SEO Executives and Link Builders
Conduct strategic outreach for impactful link building and digital PR campaigns
Create data-driven content plans and editorial calendars
Leverage industry-leading tools like Ahrefs, Moz, WordPress, HubSpot, and GA4
Identify growth opportunities and foster cross-channel collaboration
Manage client budgets and ensure accurate invoicing

Ideal Candidate Profile

3+ years of proven SEO experience in agency or in-house roles

Strong command of SEO fundamentals, link building, and content optimisation

Expertise in site vetting for link building, keyword research, and basic Technical SEO

Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills

Strong numeracy and proficiency in MS Excel

Outstanding client management and communication abilities

Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
