Job descriptionCrafting Requirements Specifications Developing Functional Designs Creating Technical Designs (where ABAP development is identified as needed) Formulating Unit Test Plans and documenting Unit Test Results Preparing UAT Test Plans and Handover Documentation Additionally, you will perform configuration, execute testing, and support business teams during UAT cycles

The Role
We are on the hunt for a dynamic SAP ERP (ECC-6) Functional Payroll Consultant with deep expertise in UK Payroll, Sickness Absence Management Payroll Automation, and Changes to Leave Entitlement Policy.
Must Have
- Proven experience with SAP ERP (ECC-6) / Business Suite 7
- In-depth knowledge of UK Payroll, SAP Benefits Module, Payrolling Benefits in Kind, Sickness Absence Management Payroll Automation, and Changes to Leave Entitlement Policy
- A proactive, independent work ethic : create plans, consult appropriately, determine solutions and designs independently, and deliver knowledge transfer seamlessly
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills : engage stakeholders and facilitate demos with ease
- Experience in developing comprehensive test plans (from Unit Testing to User Acceptance Testing)
