• About the Role
• As a
• Team Supervisor
• you will play a key role in ensuring the safe and smooth operation of our facilities while providing outstanding service to our customers.

You’ll lead and support a team of Operations Assistants, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety standards.

Your responsibilities will include : 🔹 Supervising day-to-day operations, including large events, the swimming pools, classes and sports set-ups🔹 Ensuring adequate staff coverage and handling operational challenges🔹 Being the key point of contact for emergency situations, including first aid and fire evacuations🔹 Monitoring and maintaining sports equipment and pool plant operations🔹 Providing excellent customer service and resolving inquiries efficiently🔹 Managing administrative tasks such as staff rotas, training, and performance reviews

• Who We're Looking For
• We are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive individual with :
• Experience in a supervisory role within a sports or leisure environment
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• A valid
• NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification)
• or willingness to obtain one
• A team-focused mindset with the ability to motivate and lead others
• Availability to work on a
• rotational shift basis
• including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
