Role Overview :
A Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the educational and social development of students with special needs. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to provide support to children with additional needs. You will play a key role in helping students with their work and supporting them in their day-to-day activities within the school. Whether working 1 : 1 with individual students or guiding small groups, you will assist them in completing assigned tasks and activities.
