Fletchers Solicitors Ltd have a fantastic opportunity to join our growing Team.

Due to the rapid growth of Fletchers Group, a new Finance Business Partner is required to support the CFO, Finance Director, and Heads of Dept. in delivering complex MI to the legal and support areas of the business.

Main Responsibilities for the role :

  • To provide support to CN Finance head of department. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to : – Produce monthly MI packs & drive follow up meetings with directors for Legal areas of the business.Send monthly P&Ls & organise meetings with support areas of the business.Review detailed KPIs to identify trends and future pipeline issues, working with Legal Directors to identify corrective action before any financial impact is evident.Business Partnering with Legal Directors, providing ad hoc analysis and reporting to aid with case, financial and capacity management. Provide detailed commentary and recommendations where required to support key business decisions.Be proactive, constantly looking for ways to help the Legal Directors in running their departments effectively.Ensure all reporting deadlines are met, providing adequate detail ahead of time. Annual budget preparationQuarterly reforecastsWeekly financial and KPI reporting
  • Support CFO, Finance Director, and Heads of Dept. in all aspects of refinancing, aiding in information gathering, analysis and consolidation.

Essential Skills and qualifications :

  • Fully qualified or finalist for CIMA, ACCA or equivalent
  • Advanced in Excel skills
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to build relationships across all levels of the business, with the ability to work with both Financial and Non-Financial teams
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility to respond to changing and emergent priorities

    • Desirable qualifications, skills and experience :

  • Experience in the Legal sector
  • Use of a case management system
  • Commercially led
