Property Maintenance Apprentice

What is the job role?

The Multiskilled Apprentice will work alongside our to learn from them the skills and knowledge required to attain the required qualifications to work as an accredited Multiskilled Engineer.

The role will involve assisting and learning in the following,

• Door, window, lock, stair rail / parts installation and repairs.
• Pitched and flat roofs tiled, felt, slate and flashings.
• Plastering and floor screeding.
• Fire door & ironmongery inspection and repairs
• General bricklaying, walls, steps, ramp, adaptation works.
• Internal / external decorating, all wall coverings, and textured finishes.
• Disabled aid repair & servicing.
• Portable and fixed fire appliance inspection, service & repair.

You will be supported to undertake a Level 2 Property Maintenance Operative apprenticeship standard. This is a fixed-term contract opportunity for 24 months. For further information for this apprenticeship can be found at
