As a Customer Service Executive based in Ripon (HG4 1SL) you’ll be responsiblefor :
Building andmaintaining fantastic customersrelationships
Receiving andprocessing order enquiries and keeping an eye on the orderstatus
Liaising withinternal and external stakeholders to source products to fulfilcustomerorders
Thisis a full time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday toFriday 8am – 5pm, with one additional weekend dayrequired every 4- 6 weeks which is paid asovertime
