• Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures in compliance with industry safety standards.
• Work on various projects across the UK, supporting the industrial and commercial sectors.
• Interpret blueprints and site plans to ensure proper scaffold placement.
• Conduct safety checks and risk assessments before and after installation.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting project deadlines.
• Perform physical tasks, including lifting, climbing, and working at heights.Requirements :
• 5 years' work experience in scaffolding, ideally in industrial and commercial environments.
• Valid CISRS Basic Scaffolder Card (or equivalent certification).
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in scaffolding operations.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel UK-wide and work offsite as required.
• Physically fit to handle the demands of the job.
• Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential).Benefits :
