Qhse Manager

Are you an experienced QHSE professional looking for your next challenge?Do you have a strong background in quality management, health & safety, and sustainability?We are looking for a QHSE Manager to join a thriving manufacturer in Cradley Heath. In this role, you’ll take the lead in managing and improving Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental systems across the business. You'll oversee compliance, drive quality improvements, manage supplier and customer audits, and lead sustainability initiatives to reduce the company’s carbon footprint.Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and develop the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct internal audits and support external audit processes.
• Manage health & safety policies, ensuring safe working conditions across the site.
• Investigate and resolve customer and supplier complaints, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Oversee sustainability projects, including energy monitoring and carbon footprint reduction.
• Ensure compliance with packaging waste regulations, SEDEX reporting, and environmental requirements.
• Work with all departments to promote a strong quality, health & safety, and environmental culture.
• Maintain supplier ratings, oversee procurement compliance, and support cost-saving initiatives.
• Travel as required to suppliers and external stakeholders.What We’re Looking For :
• Education : A-levels or a degree (desirable), ILM Level 3-5 (desired).
• Experience : Minimum 2 years in a similar QHSE or compliance role within industrial manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of quality management, health & safety, and environmental standards.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and IT skills.
