CLASS 1 DRIVER

Job Title : Class 1 General Haulage Driver

Location : Pershore, Worcestershire

Job Type : Full-Time / Permanent or Temp-to-Perm (as required)

Salary : £16.00 - £22.00 per hour (dependent on experience and shift)

Company Overview :

We are a well-established general haulage company operating in the Worcestershire region. Due to continued growth, we are looking for experienced and professional Class 1 (C+E) Drivers to join our team in the Pershore area.

Key Responsibilities :

Operate Class 1 HGV vehicles for general haulage deliveries and collections

Safely load, transport, and unload goods across the UK

Ensure timely deliveries to clients, depots, and distribution centres

Complete daily vehicle checks and maintain driver logs

Maintain a professional and courteous manner at all times

Comply with all UK road transport laws and company procedures

Requirements :

Valid Class 1 (C+E) UK Driving Licence

Driver CPC Qualification

Digital Tacho Card

Minimum 6 months of Class 1 driving experience preferred

Good understanding of driver hours and working time regulations

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

Flexibility for early starts, nights out, or occasional weekend work (if required)

Desirable :

Previous experience in general haulage

Clean driving record
