Job Description

• Collaborating with various departments to align financial goals and strategies.
• Preparing financial reports and presenting findings to upper management.
• Providing guidance on cost control and efficiency improvements.
• Assisting in the preparation and management of budgets.
• Helping to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Supporting in the development of financial plans aligned with company objectives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Business Partner should have :

• A degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• An understanding of financial regulations and standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A keen interest in the life science industry.
