Heating Engineer and Maintenance Person

Are you an experienced Heating Engineer, Plumbing Technician, or Maintenance Specialist looking for an opportunity to join a skilled team at one of the worlds most successful schools? Kings College School is seeking a Heating Engineer and Maintenance Person to join their dedicated maintenance team.

The maintenance team (5 members in all) is responsible for the general condition and upkeep of all the Schools infrastructure, which includes the Kings College School main campus and its satellite and residential properties consisting of the following; Kingsway sports fields and pavilion, the boathouse and WCPS with a selection of residential properties.

Key Responsibilities

• To react to day-to-day maintenance tasks as directed by the Maintenance Manager and via the schools maintenance ticket system
• To undertake pre-planned maintenance checks and repair works
• Maintaining the Schools water, plumbing and heating systems and have an active approach to managing the required legionella compliance tasks
