Sales Assistant

Angel & Rocket is a passionate childrenswear retailer. We’re dedicated to creating fun, fashion-forward clothing for kids aged 0-14. We are a small business with a fun culture and big plans! We work with many well-known partners including Next and John Lewis, with ambitious growth plans. We are looking for a motivated, driven Sales Associates with a customer-centric attitude to work in our Marlow store.

Key Responsibilities :

• Meeting and greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Engaging with customers, offering product knowledge and styling advice
• Dressing shop window, POS
• Encouraging trust pilot reviews and data collection for marketing
• Replenishing shop floor
• Merchandising and refreshing the shopfloor layout regularly
• Answering customer queries both by email and phone.
• Key holder duties, opening and closing the store.
