The ideal candidate will be well versed in a manufacturing environment and have mechanical and electrical experience.What are the benefits?Permanent PlacementFlexible start and end timesFree onsite parkingProgression opportunities available.Day to Day DutiesAs a Manufacturing Maintenance Engineer your duties will include : Lead daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities.Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs to enhance equipment longevity.Organize incoming repair, project, and breakdown jobs for efficient resolution within schedule.Maintain high standards in mechanical and electrical work, prioritizing safety and quality.Track downtime, analyse trends, and implement solutions for improved maintenance outcomesKeep accurate records of maintenance, equipment performance, and inventory.Provide regular updates to the Production Supervisor on team performance, resource needs, and budgets.Essential SkillsAs a Manufacturing Maintenance Engineer, it is essential that you : Relevant qualifications in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or a related field (NVQ Level 3, BTEC, HNC / HND, etc.)Strong knowledge of maintenance management practices, including preventive maintenance programs and troubleshooting techniques.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and engage a diverse team.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvementDesirable ExperienceAs a Manufacturing Maintenance Engineer if would be desirable if you : Mechanical engineering, Electrics (AC and DC), Single phase and three phase electrics, PLC's, Air Compressors, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Motors, Water Pumps, High Pressure Hoses, Solenoids, Photocells, Dosing Systems, Contactless Payment Terminals, Water Reclaim SystemsElectrical Bias would be a strong advantageWhat training is provided?Company policy and procedure training is providedContactApply today by clicking below
