Showroom Manager

Designer Recruitment are recruiting for a Showroom Manager to join our fabulous client in West London. This is role would suit an experienced Kitchen Designer with at least threeyears showroom and people management experience.

This role is paying £35,000 - £40,000 + Commission.

Showroom Manager responsibilities :

• Work closely alongside the Regional Managerand other senior managers, to maximise sales
• Drive your team to consistently achieve and meet monthly / quarterly / annual KPIs
• Improve lead conversion
• Increase showroom turnover and meet monthly / quarterly / annual KPIs
• Work with key stake holders to evaluate the store's sales performance and identify key development areas
• Responsible for the day to day running and management of your assigned Showroom
• Plan and delegate showroom responsibilities to your team, to ensure optimal operation
• Support recruitment and selection activity with the Regional Manager and People team, which may include shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates; support the induction and onboarding of staff in your Showroom.
• Ensure people processes and procedures for your team are adhered to including, managing absence, leave requests, holiday leave, training and development
