HR Partner role, based in Brighton!Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting one of our clients, based in Brighton as they look to recruit for a full time, permanent, HR Partner to join their team.The salary for this role is circa £51,000 per annum.The right candidate will be expected to be onsite 4-5 days a week and possess a background and experience working within the Education sector.HR Partner : Responsibilities include : To act as the first point of call for HR related mattersTo work closely with the Chief People Officer and the broader the HR team to contribute to and implement national initiativesProvide on-site and remote, proactive support and undertake case management workResponsible for the line management and development of the HR staffTo provide additional support to the wider HR team when necessaryProvide appropriate advice and guidance to senior staff, ensuring that advice is in line with policies and best practice.Investigate employee complaints and grievances and recommend corrective actions.Undertake HR induction for all new employeesWork with line managers to ensure that they are equipped to undertake necessary management duties and interventions i.e return to work meetings, capability etcMaintain administrative oversight of key employment information and records including;Conduct exit interviews and off-boarding procedures, analysing information gathered in these processes to help develop retention strategie...
