Job Title- Senior Fire Risk AssessorLocation- HebburnSalary- £45,000-£52,000 DOEAre you a fire risk assessor with experience of validating FRA reports?Are you looking for the next step into a senior role, or are a senior assessor dissatisfied with your current role?Our client is an established, accredited local consultancy who work with the biggest housing names is the North East.They are looking for a senior fire risk assessor to continue their great work in the area and reaffirm themselves as the go to consultancy for all things fire safety complianceAs Senior Fire Risk Assessor, you will;Undertake Fire Risk Assessments, Passive Fire Surveys, Fire Door SurveysValidate reports and data gathered from the aboveEnsure that you are your colleagues are up to date with all fire safety regulationsProvide insights to clients on how to ensure the highest levels of fire safetyAs Senior Fire Risk Assessor, it is required that you;Are able to demonstrate strong understanding of regulations and principlesHave a track record of fire risk assessments that have clear and achievable recommendationsAre able to objectively validate fire risk assessmentsHave the ability to analyse, understand and manipulate numerical dataHave a strong customer focus and professional attitude to workAs Senior Fire Risk Assessor, you will receive;£45,000-£52,000 starting salary based in experience level10% annual bonus23 days annual leave plus bank holidayCompany pensionIf this role sounds of interest to you, or you know someone who may be interested, we'd love to hear from you
