Exciting Opportunity : Site Supervisor at Wernick Refurbished Buildings!
Location : Ideally a maximum of 1.5 hours of our depot in York but the role will be based on site - therefore you must be comfortable working away from home on a regular basis

The Role : Site Supervisor
As our Site Supervisor, you’ll be the driving force behind the on-site operations for modular building projects. From delivery and installation to fit-outs and final touches, you’ll be responsible for making sure everything runs smoothly, safely, and on time. You’ll coordinate sub-contractors, liaise with clients, and manage all the daily site activities that bring these modular structures to life. This role will keep you on your toes, with plenty of variety and opportunities to make a big impact.
About The Role
What You’ll Do :
Oversee day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and to the highest standards.
Manage delivery, craneage, and installation of modular units.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients and sub-contractors.
Provide regular site reports and handle all necessary permits and documentation.
Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment, upholding health and safety regulations.
Lead site inductions, ensure RAMS are followed, and monitor waste management.
What You’ll Bring :
Strong knowledge of modular building (essential).
CSCS card (essential), with a CPCS A61 / A62 Lift Supervisor or Black Card being a bonus.
Experience managing on-site teams and working to tight deadlines.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for getting things done.
