This role requires a focus on safety, meticulous planning, and a dedication to getting the job done properly, not quickly. You’ll be the driving force behind maintaining our safety-first culture, delivering work that meets rigorous standards in high-risk environments.Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage the workforce, ensuring effective man-management and maintaining team motivation.
  • Oversee deep drainage and utilities works, ensuring tasks are performed with precision and adherence to specifications.
  • Uphold the highest standards of health and safety compliance, conducting toolbox talks and ensuring all personnel follow protocols.
  • Monitor progress against schedules, prioritizing quality over speed.
  • Identify and mitigate risks on-site, providing solutions to challenges as they arise.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, site engineers, and operatives to ensure smooth operations.What We’re Looking For :
  • Proven experience as a Foreman in deep drainage and utilities projects.
  • A strong commitment to health and safety in high-risk environments.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to ensure work quality.
  • Leadership skills with a focus on team management and maintaining workforce morale.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods and utilities work, particularly within deep drainage.
  • Valid CSCS card, SMSTS or SSSTS qualification, and other relevant health and safety certifications.Why Join Us?
