Chef de Partie

We are currently recruiting for an experienced CDP to join the kitchen brigade at this fantastic, independently owned pub in Laleham. As Chef de Partie you will assist the Sous Chef in the preparation and service of food, ensuring that the highest standards are always maintained.

The Place

Our client is a friendly, independently owned and individually styled dining pub near Staines . Casual enough to be comfortable, smart enough to feel special and serving delicious freshly prepared food all day. The pub has a bar and restaurant as well a heated barn & terrace.

The Person

The ideal CDP will have the following :

Solid experience in a fresh food kitchen

Confidence to run a section

High standards of cleanliness, stock control, and task prioritisation

A true passion for food and have the enthusiasm and willingness to learn

Have a thorough understanding of health & safety and food safety guidelines within the kitchen

Be local to the area, Saines / Laleham or want live in- you need to be able to attend a trial shift first

happy to do some splits- normally 2 per week
