Job description

Position

As a Visual Merchandising Apprentice (level 3) , you will be an ambassador of the Brand and ensure the consistency, quality and sophistication of the visual merchandising implementation on all product categories. You will support the business strategy and contribute to enhancing the Client experience in store.

In-store Visual Merchandising

  • Support store VM on all products categories knowledge.
  • Ensure store teams are provided with and using all relevant VM guidelines.
  • Support in store VM on all products categories by rotating product and building commercial displays.
  • Encourage and support strong stock team collaboration for products availability, launches.
  • Assist with visual training to the store teams and build their confidence by sharing key VM messages.
  • VM market place utilisation : guidelines / reporting / best practices.

Product Rotation

  • Help to plan and assist in the in store VM / window rotations.
  • Understand the business, learning to use reports to aid a commercial display linked with key priorities.
  • Ensure coherence between all products categories at all times.
  • Ensure strong store Zoning at all times
  • Profile

    Eligibility requirements for the programme

  • Be ordinarily resident in the United Kingdom for at least the previous three years before the start of the programme or have obtained either pre-settled or settled status under the EU Settlement Scheme
  • Not attending any other school, FE college or HE institution
  • Not have a qualification in Retail at level 3 or a higher level
  • Have achieved the following by the start of the programme : GCSE in Maths and English at grades A
  • C (4-9) or equivalent
