• Proven experience managing high-end residential projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and finishes
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver premium-quality finishes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
• Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and schedules
• Understanding of health & safety regulations and complianceRoles & Responsibilities
• Oversee high-end residential construction projects from start to completion
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and clients to achieve the desired finish
• Conduct site inspections to maintain quality control and compliance
• Implement and enforce health & safety procedures
• Monitor progress, resolve issues, and provide regular reports to senior management
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationshipsWhat You’ll Need
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager on high-end residential projects
• Strong background in luxury finishes and bespoke construction
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple trades
