Teaching Assistant

Hours : Full time, Monday – Friday

Roles and Responsibilities :

Provide classroom support to teachers and students.

Assist with lesson preparation.

Deliver targeted interventions to support student learning.

Build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.

Contribute to creating inclusive learning environments.

Maintain an excellent understanding of safeguarding practices.

What We’re Looking For :

Prior experience as a Teaching Assistant or in an educational setting is desirable.

Minimum GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) in English Language and Mathematics.

Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant Certificate are beneficial but not essential.

Must be willing to undergo an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check prior to starting work.
